Louisa County Attorney

Duties

• As chief law enforcement officer of the county, I diligently enforce or cause to be enforced in the county, state laws and county ordinances, violations of which may be commenced or prosecuted in the name of the state, county, or as county attorney, except as otherwise provided.
• Advise all elected county officials on legal matters affecting their office.
• Pursue all delinquency matters, family assistance matters and children in need of assistance matters in juvenile court.
