DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTAL: October 19, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. to the Louisa County Auditor Office 117 S. Main St., Wapello, IA. 52653. Sealed Bids will be opened October 20th, 2026, at the Regular Board Meeting.
Louisa County invites qualified contractors to submit bids to provide the following services located at Louisa County Courthouse, 117 S. Main St, Wapello, IA 52653.
Louisa County plans to repair the roof of the existing coal bin located near the west entrance of the Louisa County Courthouse, 117 South Main Street, Wapello, Iowa.
- Installation of 3 steel beams with mounting brackets and blocking as shown
- Removal of 3 metal coal chute lids sandblast area and apply coating
- Removal of access hatch and replacement with concrete field cast lid
- Application of specified coating, gap filler and other materials to provide a water tight finish
